Making a graphic in Canva
for this week's podcast episode,
which is with Nick Thorburn,
currently of the band Islands,
but whom I was introduced to
in Montreal via his old band, The Unicorns.
Just went to TJ's and bailed
because it is so damn busy,
and I never go on Sundays',
but I did snag a few walking grapes
for my troubles which are never troubles,
saw the pretty girl with sad eyes,
and went to Barnes & Noble instead.
Hyper aware that this is Kendra Jean territory,
I bought a book and ducked down into the Rumbler,
and now I am just checking off things on my to-do list,
which is surprisingly almost all done,
except for the relaxing and doing nothing,
instead I write this dumb meta poem.
