I stick and stitch in the human humidor,
exploring things I told myself I'd do
five or six years ago.
the 60s are to the 90s
what the 90s are to today.

I make art for no one
but me and my sensibilities,
because I learned a long time ago
that no one gives a shit.
and that's okay,
because I mostly make things for me.
one day I will be dead and that is okay, too,
but I hope someone finds this shit,
maybe while magnet fishing
and finds weird value
in a random VHS glued to a hanger.
