Sourcing prayers like a better poet
I visualize the composition like Indiana Jones' films. In every movie, he is looking for a new treasure:
in the first one, he was looking for the Lost Ark
and when he found it, he moved on to something else, another quest.
For me, poetry is exactly the same thing:
I am always looking for the next source,
I don't know if the one I just finished is perfect
but I move on to the next title to compose...
Who knows?
Maybe I will save a village
in the process.
And there is always a crystal skull
in there somewhere (wink wink).
