What about prevention instead of repression?
We use to reward the repression or correction
and never the prevention!
We are addicted to “firefighting”.
Τhe twenty bunnies who prevent problems before they arise
aren’t rewarded,
whereas the one who troubleshoots a single problem
Takes all the credit.
Τhe last ones seem to be the “firefighters” and the “heroes”,
even if their omissions caused the “fire”
and the consequent damage.
Keep in mind that sometimes the arsonist and the firefighter
are the same animal!
