everyone used to comment
on my eyelashes when I was a kid,
how long they were,
and it embarrassed me.
for what reason,
I have no idea,
because now I know
it is a unique compliment.
now, at 37 foul years old,
I just have crazy eyes,
that caught up to the lashes,
and bad ideas.
